Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing you in regard to the situation with the British Council in Saint-Petersburg and my worries about that.
Everybody knows of unacceptable campaign against the British Council. I revolt at the activities of the government of Russia, and express my deepest sympathy to the British Council and all of your staff.
I joined British counsel’s Library three years ago and I greatly appreciated all services I have been getting for years.
I imagine that now you are having some problems with the staff threatened by security services of Russia. I would be glad to offer you my personal help to do any jobs or volunteer for the positions that became vacant due to the present situation.
If there is anything else I can do to help, please let me know.
